My wife and I would like to take this time to personally thank the entire staff at the Evergreen Drive location for the care that was given to our mother DM over the past 10 years. During the entire time that she was a resident at your facility, not once did we encounter any problems related to the care that she was given. This is an outstanding record and is a direct reflection of the caliber of your personnel that work at that location. Also when we would visit the home it was always clean and very well organized. Over the past 10 years, there have been several Activity Directors at the home and all of them simply did a great job keeping the resident busy and interested in social activities. Also hair and fingernail day was a great morale booster and seemed to give everyone’s spirits a lift. Meals were always served hot and individually prepared for each resident, which means a lot to an older person. So in conclusion you should be very proud of the physical condition of your facility and the entire staff at Evergreen. Please convey our special thanks to all for a job well done.
