I want to express how much of a pleasure it was coordinating Mom’s entry process with you today. Judging how the rest of our experience has been I’m not at all surprised. I certainly wish it was for a different purpose but your professional approach, knowledge of all associated information and, above all, your personality and delicate manner of walking through the process was exceedingly calming. I must admit I was very nervous upon arrival but felt like I left having made a new friend. Thank you for working with us to make this transition.
