Here is what people are saying about their experiences with Golden Crest…
You are a special person. Your caring, patience and creativity goes beyond the norm.
The 100 year old party was just fabulous and enjoyable. We cannot thank you and Golden Crest enough for making it such a special day.
It is always such a pleasure to see your smiling face when we visit our mom.

A Special Thanks
I just wanted to send a note to let ALL of you know how much my sister, mom and I appreciated the tea at St. Paul. I want to tell you what a wonderful presentation Sherri did that day. She certainly and anyone who helped her went above and beyond what we expected. She did a fantastic job of the wonderful, delicious food, teas and desserts. The tables were set beautifully and the foods were presented in a very nice way. Thanks to the servers who graciously helped make that day special. Sherri certainly worked very hard to make a wonderful day for the residents and their guests. A big THANK YOU for all Sherri’s hard work and anyone else who helped make that nice day possible.
Thank You. We look forward to another tea!

“Kim and Lisa,
Just a note of thanks for yesterdays wonderful Tea and Tour with the opportunity to learn about/visit your superior location. It truly does feel like home.
I will gladly recommend you and your model of what assisted living should be all about.
Thank you again,
Thank you Kim and Lisa
Thank you so much for filling the registration bags for the Trunk ‘n Treat Night at our church. You were very helpful to us and we appreciate your part in having a positive and fun activity for the children in our community. Even with the surprise snow in October there was a large group of children enjoying the games and program and of course the candy treats.

“Our family would like to thank both residents and staff for the wonderful care and many kindnesses shown our Dad, Cecil, during his residence there. Everyone did their best to make Dad feel welcome and his adjustment to his new “home” as easy as possible. During his illness, the staff’s support was greatly appreciated. Dad told us he was looking forward to getting out of the hospital and returning “home” to Golden Crest and his “girls.” Your sympathy and thoughtfulness will always be remembered. ”

“Almost five years ago, God blesses mother and us by directing us to Golden Crest at a time when mother needed care beyond our capabilities. In our wildest dreams, we never thought mother could be so happy in a living facility away from home. Diane and your caring staff made her feel comfortable and safe, and likewise, we were at peace knowing that she was in good, caring hands. We appreciation you being there for us and for being an extra – special person in mother’s life. You have been a joy for us to know, and a God-sent blessing to our family. With our deepest thanks “

“Too often, by human nature, time and effort is taken to complain, but too seldom to compliment! Betty and I most certainly don’t want to fall into that trap. We want you to know how very blessed we feel that mother is able to be a resident at Golden Crest. Visit after visit, we witness the love and compassion your staff has for each and every resident, by patience with confusion, words of encouragement, a caring touch, laughs from Diane’s funny dances, a hug, a kiss, a prayer—whatever the need. They all work hard to keep the home and the residents sparkling clean (which is so important), cook wonderful, nutritious food, and give them excellent care. For all of this, and more, we want to say thanks for making mother’s “home away from home” so happy and comfy. We are at ease, knowing that she is in good, caring hands. By the big smile we receive from mother whenever we enter the door, we know she is happy and content, and we say a prayer of thanks that God led us to Golden Crest in our search for an assisted living home.
